Ommingbird Yoga with Khem
Hatha yoga in the main hall: breathe, move, and come home to yourself.
Classes are running from the Moulsford Pavilion until September while the main hall floor is replaced. Please contact Khem for the alternative arrangements during the refurbishment, and read more about the works in our news post.
A space to pause and breathe
Khem's Hatha Yoga classes offer a calm and welcoming space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Each class begins with pranayama (breath work), helping you gently transition from the busyness of daily life into a more calm, present, and grounded state.
The practice then moves into a combination of flowing and static physical postures, designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and encourage balance in both body and mind. Classes often include meditation and visualisation, creating an opportunity to cultivate inner stillness and relaxation.
Every session ends with a blissful guided relaxation, leaving you feeling restored, refreshed, and ready to carry a sense of calm into the rest of your day.
Khem teaches mixed ability and mixed experience classes, so whether you are completely new to yoga or have an established practice, you will be supported to work at your own pace and in a way that feels right for your body.
“Yoga is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself. I love creating classes that are accessible, nurturing, and empowering, where every student can experience the benefits of movement, stillness, and relaxation in their own way.” Khem · Ommingbird Yoga
