The class

Strength, mobility and movement

Caroline's Pilates classes are physiotherapist-led and are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and overall movement. The classes are suitable for a wide range of abilities, with exercises adapted to meet individual needs.

Classes are run as term-time courses, allowing participants to progress their strength, mobility, and movement over several weeks. Each class is different, with exercises changing from week to week to keep sessions varied, engaging, and progressively challenging while continuing to work on the core principles of Pilates.
